Shawlonda Harris is the founder and owner of 3LHealthSpa. Shawlonda is a Baton Rouge native and mother of 2 daughters. Health and wellness is important to Shawlonda and she has had quite a health journey of her own. After fighting obesity for majority of her life and being diagnosed with high blood pressure, Shawlonda decided to make a change in her life. This journey lead her to God's answer to everything,Sea Moss. 

It is 3LHealthSpa's mission to connect people all around the world with Sea Moss in order for each person to live a healthier more prosperous life. We are excited about your journey and can't wait to hear about your results.
